We specialise in fresh-baked Continental breads, pâtisserie, pastries, and cakes; all made with as many local ingredients as possible, including garden fruits and wild yeast sourdough starters.
We barter bread and cakes for North Leeds garden fruit, herbs, eggs, and other ingredients. Get in touch to join our innovative project.
You can pick up fresh bread, croissants, bagels, pastries, and much more from the kitchen door on Saturday mornings, 9am-1pm.
The apple harvest is in at the Bakehouse so Chaussons aux Pommes return this Saturday 21st October: High Wall & Kalamata Olive Sourdoughs return too, plus Lemon & Rosemary Baguettes. Danenut of the Week is Toffee Apple Caramel. There will be Vanilla Slices.
And you can support us by signing this letter against the supermarkets and bakery chains passing-off fake craft sourdoughs.
