We barter bread and cakes for North Leeds garden fruit, herbs, eggs, and other ingredients. Get in touch to join our innovative project.
You can pick up fresh bread, croissants, bagels, pastries, and much more from the kitchen door on Saturday mornings, 9am-1pm.
Saturday 18th November at the Bakehouse is Baguette Week. Five different kinds of baguette (de Tradition, La Semaine, Lemon & Rosemary, Sourdough Twist, & Khorosan Wholemeal). Danenut of the Week is Chocolate-Hazelnut. Mini-panettone returns as do the Maritozzi buns.
